FRESH PRODUCE GUIDELINES

Orders within India are generally delivered:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond its control.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or cancellation of orders caused by events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport failures, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

If an order is cancelled under such circumstances, any applicable refund shall be processed within 30–45 working days.

MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and redeemable only once.
